I have a brand new store for you!!  You might have been wondering about all the current recolors might have been for a store and they were.  Your sims can shop in the Victoria Secrets Store in their neighborhood.

Hello all!!!

I have a brand new shopping center for your sims to visit.  The main yellow buildings has some clothes shops, a grocery store, a Food way (its like Sub Way), and a candy shop out back. Next door in the green building is a Starbucks / resturant  that a libary area upstairs to read.

Hello all!

I have another older lot that I thought should be released.  Its is a beach cliff resturant. 

This was an entry for Colour Sims contest.  I went back and updated it, decorating the small building as a bar social area.  Down on the beach is a little under decorated because my main focus was the resturant. 

I hope you love it.  It is a beach lot so you will need Bon Voyage expansion pack installed.

A Day at the Beach by Birdgurl

Hello !!

I have finally finished this old beach lot I made long ago.  I updated it.

I wanted a perfect beach lot that has almost everything you need.  At the front is a tiny quick mart for groceries, on the side is a small play area for kids, then go up the boardwalk and you can eat in the pizza place,  upstairs is a beach theme gift shop, and go down the stairs to the beach.

Since it is on a beach lot, you need to have Bon Voyage expansion pack installed.

Hello again!!

I have a brand new night club for your sims to enjoy. 

I call it The Green Room, well for the green theme through out the place.  I was trying for a more sophicated club than the downtown clubs.  Where you can eat in the resturant while being entertain by live band (any musicans you bring), or go to the dance floor and have a dance off, shoot some pool up stairs, or enter a poker tournament, or a massage up stairs (i added this room because i was thinking of adding to my vacation locations), or soak in the hot tubs on the roof.

This club was mainly for my college towns but can be placed downtown.

Hello!

I was playing downtown, an area where I hardly play.  I decided my cities that live in the suburbs outside the city needed a tiny local shopping spot for their everyday needs.  I wanted this building to look like a renovated added on building with new Tiny H&M and Pizza eatry to an old Quick Mart and Laundry.

Here is my other favorite store.  I love throwing big weddings!  When my sims get engaged they need to take a trip to my wedding store, Say Yes to the Dress.  Where your sims can find everything wedding day related.  From the most important dress, tux, shoes, flowers, accessories, and wedding furniture set up out back.
